Please see the latest development update from Torus Homes with regards the Higher Heyes development. It appears that the positions of some of the dwellings is slightly different to the approved positions and, as such, the developer has been advised by Cheshire West & Chester planning department that this would need to be considered under a new planning application.

Jo, a local farmer, has offered the following advice with regards hedge cutting season:
It’s that time of year when farmers are out cutting hedges so could we please ask everyone to be careful when planning to pass a tractor with hedge cutter attached. If you’re on foot / horse/ bicycle please wait until the driver sees you and stops the machine. The cutting blades are spinning incredibly fast and any stray piece of hedge / shrubbery etc. flying through the air could be dangerous . Please take care and be safe.
