Updates from November 2020

It's been a while since the last update but with 90% of the works now internal it would be very boring if I updated you weekly.

All roofs are on now and all scaffolding is down and by this time next week all the windows will be in so all plots are water tight

Plastering is on going in plots 3,4,10,11,12,13,14, and 15

Stair cases are going in to plots 5 to 9.

At the moment the site looks a bit untidy as we have a trench running round the whole site to take the gas , water and electric, I am hoping to have this back filled this week and a bit of normality restored.

Fencing around the perimeter is due to start this week with the fence along the rear of 3 to 11 going in first, that is a 1200mm high post and rail fence with mesh nailed to it, this is so the hedgerow will not lose any natural light at all.
