Please find attached link to a temporary road closure notice for Town Well, Kingsley which commences on 8th November 2016 This is necessary for safety reasons to enable overhead cable work and will be carried out by SP Energy Networks. The works are expected to last for 1 day

Proposed 20mph speed limit (TRO 1418) Middle Lane Kingsley
CHESHIRE WEST AND CHESTER BOROUGH COUNCIL TRAFFIC REGULATION ORDER
NOTICE is hereby given that the Cheshire West and Chester Borough Council proposes to make the following Traffic Regulation Order in accordance with the provisions of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
THE CHESHIRE WEST AND CHESTER BOROUGH COUNCIL Middle Lane Kingsley) (20MPH SPEED LIMIT) ORDER 2017
The effect of the Order will be to introduce a 20 mph speed limit on the following lengths of road:
Schedule 1 (20 mph speed limit)
- Middle Lane – From its junction with Hollow Lane to its junction with Norley Road
- Depmore Lane - From its junction with Middle Lane for a distance of 360 metres in a South Easterly direction
