It seems that as a result of the number of representations made by local Parish Councils and residents the Planning Inspector has decided that the two appeals will be decided after a local hearing and not simply by written representations alone.. Residents will have the ability to make personal representations at the hearing or simply attend all or part of this important appeal which ,if permitted, could have a serious impact on traffic through the village for the next few years.
The hearing will take place on 11th November 2015 at Wyvern House, The Drumber, Winsford, CW7 1AH. from 9.30 am onwards.

Action Fraud (Action Fraud, Administrator, National) |
People are being targeted to become “Parcel Mules” as part of a reshipping scam, which results in them handling stolen goods and losing out financially.
Victims are predominantly recruited through job advertisements and dating websites. They are persuaded to have items delivered to their addresses, and to pay for postage before sending the items elsewhere. Victims are contacted through Freelancer websites and invited to become a “Freight Forwarder” as an employment opportunity. The work is advertised as processing packages and forwarding them to clients.
The September litter pick had 7 of our team collected 10 bags of litter. Yet again most of the litter was to be found on Kingsley's through roads.
Thank you to those who pick up litter and help to keep our village tidy. The next litter picks will be on Saturday Saturday 10th October Saturday 21st November.
Could you give an hour once a month to help keep our village clean and tidy?
We will start at 10.00 am at the Community Centre.
New helpers are always welcome.
We provide all the equipment needed.
Eila Birtwistle – Litter pick co-ordinator.

Good Morning,
I have been made aware that another push bike has been found in the Frodsham area.
The bike is a black Elite Viking Targa. It has front white suspension. The bike looks like a youths bike as the seat is raised very high. If you have lost your bike or been victim of a bike theft of a similar model please contact me as soon as possible. If you need to see a picture of the bike please reply to this message.
Many thanks and hope everyone has a nice Bank Holiday weekend.
Regards
Phil Brandreth
